Terms & Conditions
Your Membership, Our Commitment
Your journey with the Anisos Owners Club is governed by a commitment to exclusivity, luxury, and compliance, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience.
1. Membership
1.1 Membership in the Anisos Owners Club is complimentary for all patrons of Anisos Limited and its affiliated entities (collectively, "Anisos Group").
1.2 All members must register online through the official Anisos Group website to participate in the Anisos Rewards (AR) program.
1.3 Membership is personal to the member and is non-transferable.

2. Earning Anisos Rewards (AR) Points
2.1 Members earn AR points ("Points") on qualifying expenditures within the Anisos Group ecosystem, as defined and periodically updated by Anisos Group in its sole discretion.
2.2 Points are earned at a rate of 1 Point for every 1 USD spent, subject to adjustments by Anisos Group.
2.3 Points accumulation and account balances will be tracked and managed by Anisos Group.

3. Club Benefits
3.1 Members may be eligible for exclusive benefits, services, and experiences as determined by Anisos Group, which may include access to lifestyle events, private jet rates, and other premium offerings.
3.2 Benefits are subject to availability, change, and discretion of Anisos Group.

4. Redeeming Points
4.1 Points can be redeemed for rewards as listed on the Anisos Group's official rewards catalog, which may include limited edition merchandise, experiences, and other offerings.
4.2 All redemptions are final and subject to availability and any additional terms and conditions specified for each reward.

5. General Conditions
5.1 Points are non-transferable, non-tradeable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or other considerations.
5.2 Anisos Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the AR program at any time without prior notice.
5.3 In case of any disputes, Anisos Group reserves the right to make the final decision, including the cancellation of Points or termination of membership.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Anisos Group shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the administration of the AR program, including but not limited to system failures, program modifications, or reward unavailability.

7. Governing Law
7.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.

8. Acceptance of Terms
8.1 By participating in the AR program, members agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any modifications thereto.

9. Privacy
9.1 Anisos Group will collect, use, and protect members' personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the Anisos Group website.
