We do not back concepts, pre-revenue ventures or turnaround stories with nothing underneath them. We buy businesses and assets that generate income today, and we are equally comfortable when that income is under strain.
Existing, evidenced revenue. If it does not already earn, it is not for us.
A healthy business seeking a partner, or a struggling one with a recoverable core.
Minority stake, controlling interest, or outright purchase. The structure follows the owner's need.
Most of what we do is standing between those two facts. An owner with capital locked inside a working business, and a limited partner looking for returns that are not correlated to listed markets — the same transaction answers both.
Full exit — a clean sale, on a timetable that suits you.
Partial sale — take money off the table, keep running the business.
Recapitalisation — release capital without giving up control.
Succession — a route out when the next generation is not coming.
Alternative assets with existing cash flow, not projected cash flow.
Exposure to real operating businesses and hard assets.
Institutional reporting — utilisation, cost and compliance, not a quarterly PDF.
A Hong Kong fund structure with a familiar legal footing.
Our vehicles are structured as Hong Kong Limited Partnership Funds under the Limited Partnership Fund Ordinance (Cap. 637), the regime Hong Kong introduced in 2020 for private funds. It gives limited partners contractual freedom over economics and governance, a recognised onshore Hong Kong footing, and a clean separation between the general partner's management role and the limited partners' capital.
Fund participation is restricted to Professional Investors as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
We are operators before we are buyers. What follows completion matters more than the price paid for it.
Stabilise cash, fix the cost base, and find the profitable core that the distress was hiding.
Extend a proven model into new markets, new customers and adjacent lines.
Put systems, reporting and capital behind a business that has outgrown how it is run.
Anisos OS is the platform we built to run the assets we own — compliance, reconciliation, utilisation and unit economics in one place. The same tooling works in reverse: it reads operating and financial records, reconciles what the paperwork claims against what the numbers show, and surfaces the discrepancies that indicate either a problem or an opportunity.
That is how we assess a target quickly, and how we know within weeks — not quarters — whether an underperforming asset has a recoverable core.
If you own something that earns and you need liquidity — or you are looking for alternative assets with real income behind them — the first conversation costs nothing and stays confidential.
