At Fengde Capital, a multi-family office he co-founded, Howard was integral in overseeing operations and the multi-strategy macro fund. Under his leadership, Fengde Capital successfully acquired and later exited The Center, a commercial building, for a record US$5.15 billion, marking one of the most significant transactions in the industry.

Previously, Howard managed substantial investments in fixed-income and tactical asset allocation at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's Exchange Fund Investment Office. His expertise further extends to his time as a Director at Three Thousand Capital, part of a multi-billion European family office, and his early roles at Australia and New Zealand Bank, Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation, and KPMG.

Howard's diverse experience, coupled with his strategic and analytical skills, has established him as a highly respected financial leader, adept at navigating complex market dynamics and executing high-value transactions.
